Cancellation Policy

The short version

You can cancel a class yourself, from your account, up to 12 hours before it starts and your credit comes straight back. Inside that 12 hours, the credit is used — the space was held for you and it's too late for someone else to take it.

Cancelling a class

Go to My Classes, find the class, and choose Cancel.

• More than 12 hours before the class — your credit returns to your account immediately and is yours to spend on anything else.
• Less than 12 hours before the class — the credit is used, the same as if you'd attended.
• Changed your mind straight away? If you cancel within 15 minutes of booking, you get the credit back regardless of how close the class is. That's there for genuine mis-taps.

Cancelling always frees your space for someone else, even inside the 12 hours, so please do cancel if you know you can't make it.

Waitlists

If a class is full you can join the waitlist at no cost. Leaving a waitlist is always free — no credit is taken until a space actually opens and you're moved into the class. When that happens we'll email you, and normal cancellation terms apply from then on.

If we change or cancel a class

• We cancel a class — your credit is returned automatically and we'll email you. You don't need to do anything.
• We change the time — we'll email you. Because we've changed what you booked, you can cancel for a full credit refund right up until the class starts, and if you can't make the new time, we'll return your credit afterwards anyway.
• A different teacher covers — the class runs as normal. We'll let you know who's teaching, and ordinary cancellation terms apply.

Memberships

Memberships run for a 6-month minimum term, then continue monthly until you cancel with 30 days' notice. Monthly class allowances don't roll over into the following month.

Memberships taken out before 21 September 2026 stay on their original 3-month minimum term, then continue monthly until you cancel with 30 days' notice.

To cancel a membership, email hello@studioyutori.co.uk — the notice period starts from the date we receive it.

Class packs and drop-ins

Class packs are valid for the period shown when you buy them, and credits expire at the end of it. We can't extend a pack retrospectively, so do check the validity window suits you before buying.

Refunds

Credits returned by a cancellation go back to your Studio Yutori account rather than to your card — they're yours to use on any class the credit covers.

If something has gone wrong — a payment you don't recognise, a class you were charged for in error — email hello@studioyutori.co.uk and we'll sort it out. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
