Studio Yutori ("we", "us") runs the studio at Old Hagg Farm, Doddington, Lincolnshire, and the booking system at book.studioyutori.co.uk. This explains what we do with your personal information.

When you create an account: your name, email address, and password. The password is handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a hash — we never see it.
When you complete the health and consent form: your answers to the health-screening questions, any injuries, conditions or medication you tell us about, whether you're pregnant, and an emergency contact name and number. This is health data, which the law treats as a special category — see the legal bases below.
When you book: which classes you book, attend, cancel or miss, and your credit balance and its history.
When you buy something: we receive a record that payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits and card type from our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
When we email you: a record that a given message was sent to you, so we don't send it twice.
Your health form is visible to studio administrators and to the instructor teaching the class you're booked onto — nobody else, and only for the members actually on that teacher's register.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Our classes and this site are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information about anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian arranging it with us directly.
