Seedling is our beginner Reformer class, built for exactly this. If you'd rather start on the mat, Roots is a gentle blend of stretch and strength. Both assume no experience at all.
Just yourself, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer and Mat classes — we have some at the studio if you forget.
Five or ten minutes before the class starts is plenty. That gives you time to settle, and for us to show you the equipment if it's your first time.
Yes — everyone completes a short health and consent form before their first class. It takes a couple of minutes online and asks about injuries, conditions and anything else your teacher should know. It matters: your teacher reads it before class and adapts what they offer you.
Classes are paid for with credits. Buy a membership, a class pack, or a single drop-in, then book any class the credit covers. One credit is one 50-minute class, whatever the class type.
Join the waitlist — it costs nothing. If someone cancels, the first person on the list is moved into the class automatically and emailed. No credit is taken until that happens.
Yes. Members on Classic and above get Bring a Friend benefits — free passes or a discount, depending on the membership. Your friend fills in their own health form before the class.
From My Classes, up to 12 hours before the class for a full credit refund. The Cancellation Policy covers the detail.
A membership is better value if you're coming regularly and want the extras (free Stretch classes, Bring a Friend). A class pack is better if you'd rather not commit monthly. Drop-in suits trying a class or an unpredictable schedule.
Membership allowances reset monthly and don't roll over. Class pack credits last for the validity window shown when you buy — 8 weeks on a 5-class pack, 12 weeks on a 10-class pack, and 6 months to a year on 1:1 packs.
Six months, then it continues monthly until you cancel with 30 days' notice. If you joined before 21 September 2026, you stay on your original three-month minimum term, then it continues monthly until you cancel with 30 days' notice.
By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Seedling is beginner Reformer — the foundations, unhurried. Harvest is progressive Reformer, building strength and flow once you're comfortable with the basics.
Roots blends stretch, strength and calm. Deep Roots is the strength-focused version — same grounding, more intensity.
A 30-minute Stretch class: pure release, deliberately placed after an evening Reformer or Mat class. Named for the practice of letting land rest between harvests.
Gentle Hatha Yoga for the end of the day — mindful breathing, soothing postures, and a proper rest at the end. Suitable for all abilities.
Yes — Private 1:1 Reformer and Personal Training (mobility and functional strength) are both bookable from the Pricing page, as single sessions or packs.
Yes — Private Group Reformer (up to 6) and Private Group Mat (up to 10). These are request-based rather than instant-booked, so we can confirm the time with you.
Studio Yutori, Old Hagg Farm, Doddington, Lincolnshire. There's parking on site.
Tell us first either way — note it on your health form and speak to your teacher before class.
If you're pregnant or recently had a baby, we'll usually recommend a private 1:1 session rather than a group class, so the work can be paced and adapted around you. If you're recovering from an injury, some classes can be adapted; occasionally we'll suggest a different one.
