These terms cover booking and attending classes at Studio Yutori, Old Hagg Farm, Doddington, Lincolnshire. By creating an account you agree to them.
They sit alongside our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of the same agreement.
You need an account to book. Keep your details accurate — particularly your email address, since that's how we tell you about changes to your classes — and don't share your login with anyone else.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. If you're under 18 and would like to join a class, please contact us first so a parent or guardian can arrange it with us directly.
Before your first class you must complete our health and consent form, and you must keep it up to date if anything changes — a new injury, a pregnancy, a change in medication. Your teacher reads it before class and adapts what they offer you, so an out-of-date form makes the studio less safe for you.
Please tell your teacher before class if you're carrying an injury or feeling unwell, and stop if something hurts. Pilates, yoga and stretch classes involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks even when taught well.
If we believe a class isn't safe or suitable for you, we may ask you not to take part. We'll always try to suggest an alternative.
Classes are paid for with credits.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Cancellation is covered in full by the Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel more than 12 hours before a class and the credit comes back; inside 12 hours it's used.
If you don't attend a class you've booked and haven't cancelled, the credit is used.
We may cancel or change a class — occasionally we have to. If we cancel, your credit is returned automatically. If we change the time, you can cancel for a full credit refund right up until the class starts. If a different teacher covers a class, the class still runs as booked.
Please arrive a few minutes early, wear something you can move in, and bring grip socks for Reformer and Mat classes. We ask that you treat the equipment, the space and other members with care.
We may ask someone to leave, or decline future bookings, if their behaviour puts others at risk or makes the studio unwelcoming. Where we do that other than for safety reasons, we'll refund any unused credits.
We'll take reasonable care to provide classes with reasonable skill and care, to maintain our equipment properly, and to keep the studio safe.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Beyond that, we're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for personal belongings brought into the studio.
What we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy. Your health form is visible only to studio administrators and to the teacher taking a class you're booked onto.
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when you created your account is recorded against it, and we'll tell you by email before any change that materially affects you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
